I am very disappointed that I gained .2 lbs! I know it's my own fault and I know where I went wrong. I had a rough week and rather than fighting through it, I let it drag me down. I didn't come home and do things around the house or try to move much when I got home. I was also trying to finish a really good book, so 2 nights I came home, sat on the couch and stayed there until bedtime.

This week I will do better, starting today!
241.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
