Week 3, of my challenge and it's Sunday morning weigh in as usual and I have lost another , 2lbs, so I am now 183lbs - 13 st.1lb, yeah !!!! Well chuffed with myself , this probably would have been my preferred weight loss of 3lbs per week if I had done my usual exercise , which I did none of this week , so will jump right back on that horse Again next week ! Lol , my eating however has been spot on again , I am really enjoying that , I am back in the kitchen preparing meals from scratch Like I use to do when my weight was perfect , I must say I am loving it , I forgot how much I love to cook, it doesn't feel like I am dieting at all! Yay me I say, and my own eating plan ! x
