I didn't really eat a teriyaki turkey burger, but I didn't see an option for jalapeno turkey burger without sauce. I'll have to Google it and add it myself, I guess. I know the sauce adds more calories.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
