I gave up a while back and then just got the boost I needed to move my ass! I didnt wanna weigh in, the batteries were dead in my scales and I was perfectly fine to leave it that way. I havent weighed myself in months! After moving out of home I fell into a pattern of eating cheapy cheap dodgy food. I was so terrified that I weighed MORE now. Today I was doing some shopping around town and I saw the batteries I needed on sale for 1 euro a piece(they're normally 5 euro each!) so I bought them, came home and popped them in... and low and behold I weigh less than last time, its only a 5.8lbs less but still I was over joyed!! And its only encouraged me to keep up with my healthy eating and exorcise. Done our weekly shopping today too, all fresh lean meat and veggies and fruit, no processed crap! So happy right now.
306.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
