I feel very stalled but it isn't as bad as I feared on the scale today. It has been very up and down all week though.
171.4 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What I find most impressive is that you don't even have a speed bump at Christmas. Awesome progress.

Thanks ladies. I was really happy with my holiday eating Mammasix. I have great friends who really helped with the legal food.
