Another major milestone reached. I've lost 20 pounds. I started this journey at 241 pounds, this morning the scale showed 220.5. So I've reached the milestone of losing the first 20 pounds. Thanks to everyone for their support.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
