woo hoo made it through day 3 pretty well. I did have a cookie and 5 fries. Other than that I did great. I made kale crisps last night which I loved. I have noticed I need to increase my protein and decrease my car intake. Going to be watching that. Day 4 has begun. I'm ready. When I lose 10 lbs, which is 4 more pounds, I am going to reward myself with a pair of Carlos pewter sandles I've been wanting. They are a little pricey for sandles, but will be a wonderful reward.
