Battery in scale fixed. This was a good first week. Down 4.5; 29 pounds to go to my short-term goal.

Went to the doctor today for a pain in my shoulder which is a bone spur. I hope I can avoid surgery. I need to start exercising.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
