Holding steady...guess that is better than a gain~
247.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are right about that-no gaining is good, down will come to those who wait and keep trying. How is the bike going at the office? I have a test tomorrow when I go to a class where the ladies being treats and sweets. Very difficult and I don't have much willpower. But since I intend to report to you, I will keep that in mind when I reach for the leftover fruitcake someone brings in.

Holding steady is good! It's not a gain, and that's a great thing. I'm getting more motivated now, so I hope to be doing better than I have been. You hang in there! You will do this.

Steady is totally wonderful. Took me a long time to come to terms with that. Be patient. I tried to upload a photo of me yesterday and it would not work. Will try again today and will try to find time to do my bio. Hang tough, it will come off.
