First day went well. need to have more protein. I will work on that with my dinner. Haven't exercised this week yet. Have a cold and have felt crummy. I'll get back on it asap.

30-38 fat grams
115-150 protein
150-190 Carbs
1500 calories total
207.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
