Didn't lose any weight over the weekend, but that's okay with me; I didn't gain anything either. Had a huge nap yesterday---slept much longer than I thought I would---so I couldn't get to sleep last night and it was just a smidge past midnight when the mind finally went to sleep. So of course when the alarm went off this morning I wasn't ready to wake up. I dozed a little longer, but only about an extra half an hour. So I chose to not work out early this morning; I'll do it after work today instead. And it's COVID-19 vaccination day for me: yay! I don't think I've ever looked forward to getting a shot before!
