Jogged to The Conningbrook and back in 44mins today! Shaved 6 mins off my time! :) Have been really naughty for the last week,so am back on form again and sticking to the diet.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
