I didn't weigh yesterday because of rolling blackouts with the storms but I did try to weigh my foods and not snack while tv was out so I taught my mom how to knit and I continued working on my bff's baby blanket I'm knitting.
184.1 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
