Sticking to my diet 100%. Knowing the weight will come off, just a little disheartened by temporary weight gain.
246.5 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 97.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It is so hard when the numbers don't cooperate. Wish that everyday would just be a loss. The yo yo game is getting very old.
