Trying to stay on track and focused been up and down over the last several weeks but now that life is getting back to normal I am getting back to my normal. Not stressing but just keeping alert to exercise and diet. Happy New Year! This is my 2nd anniversary of my weight loss and lifestyle change! God has been so good to me!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
