Eating this week (because I was mentally not feeling any 'fasting'), has not been too bad, but, I am up 2 pounds 'week over week' 😬😒

This weekend I 'plan' (lets see how it goes), to go low(er) carb and not gain 6 pounds like I did last weekend...
