Still trying to break the sugar cravings. but I'm determined. My Zumba instructor opened her new studio yesterday and I'm so excited to workout this week. The main room is a bright yellow, which I love!!! It makes you happy coming in. Anywho, going to stay focused with the foods I know I can eat and stick too it. No more cheating until my hubby's birthday in Feb. I've been blessed with the weight loss so far, can't take it for granted!!
193.8 lb Lost so far: 50.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
