Been doing pretty good with my diet, just need to concentrate on getting more greens throughout the day. The sugar cravings are at bay which I'm SO happy about. I will weigh in tomorrow and pray for at least a 3lb loss, that would be awesome. Still a ways to go in Jan, so my goal is to be under 190 by the end of the month. As for the long term, March will be a year that I've been on this journey and I just hope to be down to at least 170 or below by then. I've been working out daily, it's been so cold here that doing a double has been impossible. It looks like it will warm up next week so hopefully I can change that. Nothing is really stressing me at this time so it allows me to stay focused. Zumba today and Saturday, then another weight class on Saturday. I'm supposed to go bowling on Sunday, but I may skip it and go to the gym, an extra workout wouldn't hurt.
