Oh my gosh Larilyn, I am floored reading your bio, and seeing you lost all your weight in less than a year! WOW, and congratulations!👏👏👏👏 I also fast about 18 hrs and no longer eat at night. I haven’t really been hungry and the weight melts off, but I tend to screw it up on weekends often.🙁 Anyway, I just wanted to say I am very impressed!👍🌸

Shrewdness, I'm the same way!! I can be really good all week and then screw it up and lose ground on weekends! Mentally, I'm still in "weight loss" mode, and haven't transitioned over to "maintenance mode". So I still agonize over every gain, even though I know how to get it back off. I need to work on that. Thanks so much for your kind words!
