YESSSS!

First time since I've started trying to losing weight that I've been down to this number. I'm taking measurements and photos again on Friday. We'll see if I see any difference there.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
