I'm gonna be honest and say that I am slightly disappointed 😞 no one likes an increase. BUT I know this is water weight from the salty foods I ate this week. My body is already super sensitive to salt, and not having salty foods during Lent and then eating them again, just made me even 10x more swollen. Walking around looking like a hot air balloon. 🤣🤦🏽♀️At any rate have a great weekend, and don't let it mess up your great progress during the week!!
