ugh. came back from vacation but honestly I'm sort of glad I didn't go completely off the rails. I know a lot of people go nuts on vacations-food wise but I did a lot of walking and swimming so I think I limited the damage.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
