I'm so excited! I've hit my goal for this month which was 5 pounds! wooohooo! I lost .7 pounds this week but it was just enough! Last week started off bad, but ended really well and I'm super motivated! I think next month goal will be 4 pound though. cause the only reason I hit my goal this month is from loosing 3lbs and the very start of my diet. and I don't think I'll be able to do that again. so 4 pounds it is!
145.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
