I just began to (1) 30+ gm of protein w/in 30 minutes of rising w/o reducing anything, (2) finish showers with several minutes of cold water (progressively colder). This is from the "4 Hour Body" by Tim Ferris.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
