changed my exercise program for this week, brisk walking 1.5 hours - 8km. and the weight is slowly creeping up again...had soup today but in the eve had 2 fresh bread rolls with butter and luncheon meat and it tasted so good with a mug of tea! Then dunked some biscuits and that was it...i overdid it but enjoyed every minute of it! Now put everything away and will not finish off the packet. I think i will go back to my 30 day challenges cos they kept me focused on the morning exercises. Going out again tomorrow for drinks and dinner... will try and cut out some cals in the morning... not logging what i ate today again.
134.9 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 7.7 lb a week

No worries Jenfar - you'll get that scale moving down again! I've been trying to keep my carbs in check, but holy heck it's hard - and equally hard to get the protein up. Good luck as you go on.

I agree. Don't worry about it. Around Christmas time everyone seems to sneak on a few pounds and most of them are bloat because of all the extras we don't consume on a normal basis throws the digestive system into an uproar. Watch what you eat for a few weeks, keep exercising, and I bet the scale will start to go down again.
