I was at 172.4 on Wednesday but I was really hoping to get to 172 this week. Then it was up a bit Thursday and Friday... so I'm taking today's reading.
172.2 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
