Over my calories on 12/12/13: attended T.V Station supper. Went out of town over the weekend of 12/13-14/13. Ate out the entire weekend. It was hard to keep my calories low without having to eat at Subway every time.In retrospect I guess that is the choice I should have made. No excuses I'm back on track.
