Last week was a bad week for me...my momentum has gone down and I'm trying like hell to get it going. I'm not doing anything crazy like eating tons of food and I am working out at least 3 days, but I'm not putting in 100% like I know I can. This week will be better. I think I'm just ready for this weight to be off. Ok, here goes!!!
223.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 38.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
