Down two pounds! Way to go! Can I ask a question? Your protein seems very low at an average of 10% any reason why its that low? :)

Thanks Nelso..Lisa has been dipping into a lot of empty calories...I will make a good note and incorporate more protein now that you made me aware thanks so much for the observation. TOWANDA!!!
