What a beautiful day in North Idaho. We have sun and it is a warm 25 degrees. My daughter and son-in-law are gone for the week-end and I am practicing good eating habits. Yesterday was a good day and today will be even better. Still have cravings when I am alone to eat bad things. I do not know what that is all about but I do have to get a handle on it if I want to maintain when I get to my goal. Any hints out there????
221.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
