Starting to move again. Hopefully reach target of 200 by Christmas. Work do yesterday, very good with the food intake - a bit much on the wine. Ce la vie. I'm happy
202.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
