So after a trying week... No real careful calorie
Counting and increased gym activity im back to my birthday weight.. my calorie restriction starts again feb 1... For now I'm just going to b mindful and track when I feel like it and let this last week be about strengthening... As of deb 1 I'll have 2 weeks till my cruise so I'll put my nose to the grindstone to look my best... Feelin really good about how my body is changing..
171.4 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

My husband and I are taking another cruise this year and I can't wait. My gaol is to have this weight down to my goal weight by then and it's not till Oct so I have a while. Good luck to you and continue to keep it stress free!
