I did pretty good yesterday with eating. I did not do my cardio but I have joined a new challange also taking 10,000 steps a day. I have noticed a difference in the way my clothes fit. I put on a pair of jeans that use to be really tight and not they are a little loose. I know I have only lost 3pounds but that is a lot when it comes to clothes. I am excited.
