Okay... I am perplexed by this. I didn't do great yesterday, but it was not as bad enough for a 2 pound swing, after I was already above what I believe I should be. Something is not right here. My waist measurement is up a quarter inch, though. I wonder if I ate a whole meal and forgot to record it. Damn.
189.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weight loss isn't an exact science and our bodies sometimes do weird things. Extra bloat from things we don't think about can make our measurements go up and down a little. Maybe too much sodium. Could be so many things. I try not to over think it or I would drive myself crazy.

You're right, of course, and I know that... in my head... but, this morning, with that weigh-in kicking my butt, I was more than a little annoyed. Had to vent. Today I'm wrapping up a completely reactionary low-carb, low-fat, low-cal day (I barely hit my protein minimum). Actually, I still need to put some more calories into my system, based on that article by Drew Baye, which Kingkeld recommended... don't want to lose my muscle mass! But I'm ~350 calories low! That's a lot of protein...
