Good luck on all that. I am going to continue to hold my couch down. Lol! Too scared to keep with weight lifting and such. Just walking or jogging for me

I'm sure you would be fine lifting 5 pound weights. :P But there is nothing wrong with resting when you are pregnant either!

Woohoo...congrats! I was thinking about getting the T25 but after trying the original Insanity sometime ago I don't know If I am gonna purchase it just to put it away after a week or two...lol... Tried the Insanity for a week and I survided but just didn't have the power and will to keep doing it.

I can say from experience Insanity is much, MUCH harder to stick with! T25 is only 30 minutes a day, counting the stretching after the 25 minute workout, whereas Insanity ranges from 45 minutes to 60 minutes a day. And you get what you put into it. If you really push yourself, you will see results with T25. I borrowed it from a friend, but I think it was worth it. :D

I am sure it will be okay. After researching everything I am just trying to eat more foods high in iron and get my vitamin c so my body can absorb it.
