Must get back to diet, have been falling into old ways again!!! well trying to watch carbs and calories again from today, although had a few biscuits today already! worried about xmas coming up and all the calories to be consumed!!
245.8 lb Lost so far: 67.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
