Had to take a breather during one of the exercises. I need to get my knees up a little higher and work on my form with several of the exercises. Hoping that I gain some flexibility and will help with this each week.
235.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
