I allowed myself a free day yesterday because we went to the Royal Raffle Benefit Ball last night, and had a couple of glasses of wine and coffee. I see I need to stick to my meal planning the rest of the week.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
