feeling firmer with the 50 situps and the hula hoop challenge... not usre what the milk does first thing in the morning and last thing at night but getting used to it.
133.6 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
