I did pretty good yesterday, as far as my food but I did not do any cardio. I'm finding it easier to control my food intake and now I just need to control my exercises.
147.3 lb Lost so far: 39.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great job on doing good on the food. Get whatever exercise in you can until you can make it a routine. Then exercising will come easier as you continue. I wish you well
