I have done poorly over last few months, I will do more running and try and take up cycling to hopefully do better.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

Thanks for the Buddy invitation! I use the iPad app, so I show I followed reasonably well, but I haven't recorded that. Actually, I have not followed my "diet" well. I exercise a lot, but diet is the only way to lose weight. Maybe we can get serious post-Thanksgiving and pre-Christmas! I have lost weight in the past, and while I am gaining muscle, I have fat to lose to be trim. Let's do it!

I agree with Dave dieting is the only way for you to lose weight consistently, just try your best and try to stay on it. wish you the best.
