I may not have lost weight today because I did have a doughnut, 2 pieces of chocolate at work, and a couple of bags of fruit gummies after looking back. I need to break this sugar addiction.
216.4 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
