GOOD MORNING to all of my lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!

Okay here we go! Time be self-disciplined once again. I am still not 100% but I am starting to feel MUCH better.


Old Man Scale: Not bad considering TOM is in the house. Now to keep the general downward trend :)


April Goals:
Floor Goal: Floor: 230, Ceiling: 225


Next Mini: Back to 235


Calories: 1500 - 1800
1800 - 2000 more calories used than eaten
Veggie/fruit/legume goal: 3-4 cups a day

Exercise goal: 10/200[/color]
Sun: none
Mon: 10-15 minute walk

Thurs: yoga 60 minutes

Sat: Yoga 60 minutes

2009 Goals - Floor: Down 65 to 177 (College Freshman weight), Mid-range: 75lbs lost to 167 (HS Weight) & Ceiling Goal: Weigh in at 150 (92 lost) Don't remember when!
237.0 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good morning! I hope your day back to work yesterday went well. Have fun with the self-discipline. Does this involve whips and chains? I hope not!
