Thanks for all the support! A friend asked me to join him in a rowing competition (25 x 5k in march). We completed 8 days. Amazing what can happen, if you put you mind to it!

I was comfortable with my original target of 84kg, but I dont want to watch/control every thing every time. So now I added a sport to increase activity.....
