This is the weight on the Wii balance board. When I weighed myself on the bathroom scale I weighed 226. This is the start of the MN BL challenge so I'm going to weigh in on the Wii BL game and regular scale every morning.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
