Dissapointed in myself because I used food to cope with my emotions after an argument with my husband. I attribute Cheddar Beanitos with jalepenos, almond milk, and a doughnut after exceeding my caloric goal already to why I gained 2 Lbs overnight. I guess I'll chalk it up for my "free day" of food counting, and move on. I need to adhere to more constructive coping skills when I'm upset, like engaging in other activity, or prayer. Probably prayer before activity is best.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
