Have to get back to it again put on almost 1 stone on holiday this time, can't seem to get it back off, I am finding it so much harder now that the weather has turned colder, I am not happy with salad and stir fry etc... find myself craving food high in carbs. Well going to try hard to get back to it starting today!!
246.9 lb Lost so far: 66.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
