Did very well this week. I am sure I will not get another reading this this one but I am still proud of all that I did this week. I don't even mind the dieting at all. I am always full and never crave sugar at all. I used to crave it all the time. You did good TJ!Keep up the good work this week.
211.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 71.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
