CAlories 1,361 Carbs 16 Protein 94 Fat 99


Now I'm steadily gaining. Really don't understand why. Not with these numbers. Getting discouraged.
133.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 10.5 lb a week

You need to start posting what you eat on here daily - everything you eat. It would help figuring out what causes the weight gain etc. For me, if I gain weight it is from something I ate two to three days prior to the gain. So make it a goal to start logging in your food daily.

It's a good comment - without logging, I'd be lost. I already use Fitness pal for logging - I just recently discovered fat secret. I find it too difficult to log at two different sites.
