Well, We Just Adjusted Are Scale And Turns Out It Was Wrong Before. So I Have Put In My Actual Weight And No I Didnt loose weight like crazy lol , just a scale error.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 January 2011:
1533 kcal Fat: 43.10g | Prot: 57.05g | Carb: 238.72g.   Breakfast: Banana, strawberries, milk, Special K multigrain oats and honey. Lunch: special k bar, special k crackers, american kraft cheese, hot sauce, lettuce, mustard, ham, whole wheat bread. Dinner: santa Fe rice and beans. Snacks/Other:  chocolate pretzels, milk, special k cereal. more...
